Job summary

OCS Philippines in Clark Pampanga is seeking a Facility Shift Engineer to oversee safe, reliable operation of hospital mechanical and electrical systems on assigned shifts. You will ensure uninterrupted delivery of critical utilities and compliance with healthcare facility standards.

You will coordinate with clinical staff and contractors, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies to support patient care and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and licensed engineer.
• 3–5 years of hospital or healthcare facility engineering experience.
• Knowledge of hospital-grade mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, chillers, medical gas).
• Familiarity with safety standards, infection control, and hospital accreditation requirements.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
