Job summary

Sercomm Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Engineer to evaluate and oversee the rationality of construction schemes, manage site activities, and ensure smooth project progression within the plant in Laguna. The role demands a strong background in manufacturing and project management.

You will establish maintenance plans, supervise electrical systems, air handling equipment, generator, and safety facilities, and lead plant safety initiatives while aligning with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical REE or Mechanical) is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing and project management.
• Familiar with mechanical engineering processes and electrical equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of CAD operations and safety practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the rationality of the facility engineering construction scheme and manage construction site activities and acceptance.
• Responsible for facilities maintenance SOP version.
• Establish annual maintenance plan and supervise implementations for electric power system, air compressor, air conditioner, generator, and fire control facilities.
• Oversee plant safety planning, publicity and management.
