Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks a Facilities & Utilities (FACU) Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utilities equipment and building facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards. The role reports to the FACU Supervisor and requires coordination with other departments to maintain reliability of utilities systems.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, maintenance reporting, turnover activities, and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Graduate of technical/vocational, engineering or engineering-related course; certifications are an advantage.
• Good communication and administrative skills; able to work in a team.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and/or corrective maintenance of utilities equipment including water/wastewater plants, HVAC units, and boiler.
• Coordinate with departments for maintenance activities and address non-conformances.
• Perform daily inspections of utilities area and building perimeter; prepare maintenance reports.
• Attend turnover activities and support internal audit requirements related to EHS and quality standards.
