AMBER is seeking a maintenance supervisor for our Philippines office. This role focuses on maintaining equipment, fixtures, and furniture, with routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations.

The candidate will monitor facilities systems, perform troubleshooting, document actions, and contribute to root-cause analyses. A vocational short course and 3 years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of office equipment, fixtures, and furniture.
• Ability to perform routine checks and preventive maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain office equipment, fixtures and furniture, performing routine checks.
• Monitor and repair facilities systems and devices supporting operations.
• Participate in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, dismantling, repairs and reassembly.
• Move and lift items such as ladders, tools, and test equipment as needed.
• Document service actions with forms, reports and logs.
• Analyze work orders, plan daily schedules, investigate complaints to identify root causes, and provide service reports.
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance including changes and expansions.
