Job summary

The SM Store in Laguna, Philippines seeks a Facilities/Property Manager responsible for general upkeep, maintenance and engineering operations for the store and building facilities. You will lead construction and renovation projects and coordinate with tenants to ensure smooth operation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), preferably licensed, with at least 3 years in facilities management and a strong focus on safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably licensed.
• Experience in property/building/facilities management is desirable.
• Knowledge of safety precautions and maintenance methods.
