Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the general upkeep, maintenance, and management of store and building facilities in the Philippines. You will lead engineering operations, supervise renovations, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient property performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably licensed) with at least three years in property/buildings/facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), preferably licensed.
• At least three years of work experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management.
• Knowledgeable in Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods, Operating Requirements, and Safety Precautions.
