Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Calamba, Philippines is seeking a seasoned Facilities Operation Manager to oversee operation, maintenance, and project delivery of plant facilities systems. You will ensure reliable utilities supply to production and lead preventive maintenance activities while coordinating with central functions, production teams, service providers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• License professional required (PEE/REE/PME/RME).
• At least 10 years of facilities operation, maintenance and project management experience in semiconductor or similar industry.
• Extensive knowledge of semiconductor facilities equipment and systems (power, UPS, HVAC, cleanroom).
• Familiarity with regulator standards (DOLE, DOE, BFP, PEZA, Building/ Fire codes).
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as 50001, 22301, 9001, 45001, 14001.

• Take charge of operation, maintenance and project management of plant facilities systems.
• Ensure reliable utilities supply to production.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and resolve issues on schedule.
• Collaborate with facilities stakeholders to drive cost-effective decisions.
• Manage resources (personnel, budget) to deliver high-quality output.
• Maintain a safe and conducive workplace at the site.

YOUR ROLE

Take charge of the operation, maintenance and project management of the plant Facilities System to ensure a continuous utilities supply and timely project delivery to production at the most cost-effective way.

• * Ensure a reliable utilities supply to production.
• * Ensure Preventive Maintenance activities are done accordingly within schedule and issues are resolved accordingly.
• * Collaboration with Facilities stakeholders ( central functions, production, support, service provider, contractor, supplier) to come up with win-win decisions/solutions.
• * Manage available resources ( personnel, budget ) to deliver exemplary output from Facilities.
• * Ensure a safe and conducive workplace for all stakeholders at the site.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• * Should be a license professional ( PEE/REE/PME/RME)
• * At least 10 years of work experience focusing on facilities operation, maintenance and project management in a semiconductor company or similar industry.
• * Extensive knowledge of semiconductor Facilities equipment/ystem such us Power system, UPS, Aircompressors, Vacuum, HVAC, Scrubbers, Gensets, RODI/EDI, WWTP and cleanroom environment
• * Knowledgeable in regulator standars like DOLE,DOE,BFP,PEZA, Building code,Fire code and the likes
• * Knowledgeable is ISO standards like 50001,22301,90001, 45001.14001 and the likes
• * Knowledge on FMCS/BMS, SMMS, thermography, Energy management, Project management
