Facilities Manager

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the General Santos site, including facilities, safety, and compliance. Leads a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective facility management. Oversees budget planning (OPEX/CAPEX), implements environmental and safety systems, ensures business continuity during emergencies, and drives performance through KPIs and client compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Santos (Gensan) site, overseeing 20 Facilities & Operations staff including Engineers, Supervisors, and Technicians to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Lead the implementation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management systems, including conducting safety and compliance training.

  • Develop and manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service quality and facility integrity.

  • Ensure site preparedness and continuity during emergencies (e.g., floods, typhoons, protests) through robust contingency planning.

  • Monitor and drive performance through KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, GDPR) across all facility operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and committees to align on goals, performance standards, and improvement opportunities.

  • Develop business plans and strategic resource plans to improve site efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term operational goals.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5yrs Experience in BPO

  • Knowledgeable in PCI, HIPAA, SSAE, ISO27001 Requirements

  • Internal and External Compliances, Government Mandatory compliance requirements.

  • Engineering Graduate
