Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance that do not require external service providers.
• Inspects and identifies structures or equipment needing repair.
• Maintains a regular maintenance schedule and submits daily task completion reports on time.
• Provides on-time status updates for ongoing and completed services.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
