Qualifications

• NCII in relevant discipline
• College graduate in technical/vocational course
• Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of all company buildings and facilities
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for major repairs or renovations
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and expenses
• Ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
