Job summary

Loc&Stor 24/7, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to provide building upkeep and support across facilities. You will perform custodial tasks, conduct basic repairs, assist with move-ins/move-outs, and help maintain safety and cleanliness in our storage facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma and good English communication, with a willingness to travel between multiple sites and to perform routine preventive maintenance. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• HS diploma is required for the role.
• 1 year of maintenance staff experience is preferred but not required.
• Driver's license is preferred but not required and travel to several facilities may be needed.
• Relevant maintenance training or certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate in conversational English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use a computer and write simple reports.
• Attention to detail and integrity in work.
• Confidential information handling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Clean, organize and disinfect vacated units; inspect doors, alarms, latches.
• Inspect facilities for pest control and safety concerns.
• Follow safety standards for handling and storage of chemicals.
• Monitor facility condition and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist in setting up or relocating office furniture across facilities.
• Assist customers with move-in/move-out and related forms.
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic painting; grounds upkeep.
• Report issues and repairs to the immediate head.
