Qualifications

• Attention to detail and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Monitor physical condition and report maintenance requirements.
• Assist in moving office furniture.
• Perform minor repairs including plumbing and electrical.
• Conduct preventive maintenance work on equipment.
