Job summary

TGServices, Inc. in Makati seeks a facilities maintenance technician to support building upkeep including electrical troubleshooting and CCTV installations. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with at least 2 years in facilities or building maintenance and must be willing to be stationed in Makati City.

Work schedule is six days per week with deployment at Fil Invest 100 West Makati, 100 Sen. street area.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate with 2+ years in facilities or building maintenance.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and CCTV installations is preferred.
• Willing to be stationed in Makati City and work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and basic repairs.
• Install and service CCTV systems.
• Carry out preventive cleaning and maintenance of ACUs and related equipment.
• Assist with plumbing and basic civil works as required.
