The Henry Hotel Manila is seeking a qualified Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor to oversee building repair and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. You will ensure timely work orders, maintain safety readiness, and manage energy conservation efforts.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost estimates, coordinating engineering projects, and supervising staff including shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building repair and preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, offices, and facilities, ensuring areas maintained to established standards.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, proper documentation, and effective inventory control of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
• Maintain safety and emergency readiness, including fire protection systems, emergency lighting, and coordination with contractors to ensure safe work practices.
• Manage energy and utility conservation, implementing shutdown schedules and monitoring equipment to prevent energy wastage.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets for renovation, upgrading, and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
• Coordinate and monitor engineering projects, including rehabilitation, refurbishing, and rectification works.
• Provide administrative and supervisory support, including staff scheduling, briefings, shift coverage, and acting as Officer-in-Charge when required.
• Perform other engineering and operational duties as assigned.
