The Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing the assessment, upgrade, and sustainment of facility infrastructure and technical systems across project sites. This role ensures coordination between engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity teams, while maintaining alignment with DoD and Philippine standards.

This is a nationwide project, and we need someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical surveys and assessments at maritime surveillance facility sites.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of infrastructure improvements, equipment installation, and sustainment efforts.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and cybersecurity teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Philippine standards and protocols.
  • Manage training programs for facility operations and support handover processes to GPH counterparts.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance plans and performance tracking systems.
  • Supervise contractors during construction and installation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance during procurement planning, including defining equipment specifications.
Qualifications to be successful in the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
  • With relevant experience in government or military service
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, preferably within defense, maritime, or international development contexts.
  • Proven experience with maritime surveillance infrastructure, including radar, EO/IR, AIS, and communications systems
  • Familiarity with DoD facility standards, lifecycle sustainment planning, and international project execution.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in remote, maritime, or multi-site environments.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction documentation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
