Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Engineering Officer in Baguio to oversee the maintenance, operation, and safety of our facility's mechanical and electrical systems.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will manage technicians and contractors, ensure compliance with safety codes, and optimize equipment performance for seamless daily operations. Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with PE license.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, electrical and MEP systems.
• Strong ownership, leadership presence and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.
• Supervise vendors and third-party contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and environmental regulations.
• Conduct system inspections and audits to minimize downtime.
• Assist in budgeting and resource management for repairs.
• Act as a key responder for emergencies that affect operations.
