Job summary

ABSI in the Philippines/Metro Manila is seeking a Building Engineer to maintain building systems and facilities for reliable operations and cost efficiencies. You will perform regular inspections and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, is a licensed engineer, and has 2–3 years of Mall/Retail or Property Management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 2–3 years of Mall/Retail or Property Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems and facilities for reliable operations and cost efficiencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.
• Implement energy-conservation measures across the building.
