Responsibilities

Perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds.
Monitor building system operations and performance under limited supervision.
Inspect and oversee work by outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning).
Perform repairs, emergency maintenance, and maintain maintenance records.
Estimate time and materials for repairs and order supplies.
Maintain energy management and lighting systems to optimize costs.
