• Male
• Graduate of vocational or trade courses
• At least 1 year experience in the same capacity
• Preferably with hotel background experience and able to coordinate and supervise the facilities management team
• Physically fit, flexible, and hardworking
• Good moral character
• Willing to render overtime and work during holidays
• Knowledge in electrical wiring installation and maintenance
• Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance of facilities
• Knowledge in computer technology and CCTV
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
