Job summary

Korweld, Inc. is seeking a diligent Janitress/Utility Staff to maintain cleanliness across offices, common areas, restrooms, and facilities in Metro Manila. You will perform daily cleaning duties and ensure proper sanitation in line with company standards.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with a Monday–Saturday schedule and benefits as part of a stable workforce in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks and stand for long periods.
• Honest, reliable and hardworking.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, work areas, hallways, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
• Clean windows, doors, tables, chairs, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms.
• Refill soap, tissue, drinking water, and supplies.
• Dispose of garbage and waste according to procedures.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials.
• Use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Report spills or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with cleaning during company events.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
