Job description

Title of Position: Facilities and Front Desk Associate

Responsible to: Facilities Officer

Objectives:

  • Provide the front-line customer service and administrative support dedicated to assigned client.

  • Maintain the physical environment and supporting day-to-day Facilities operations.

  • Support the Facilities Officer in the efficient operations and maintenance of Figari facilities dedicated to assigned client.

  • The position will report regularly to the Figari Facilities Officer on all facility related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors or clients of the assigned client of Figari.

  • Manage appointments or meeting schedules as coordinated.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail or packages.

  • Always maintain a tidy reception area.

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of workspaces at the facility assigned to the client.

  • Assist with office moves, furniture setup, or space management when needed.

  • Support routine maintenance or minor repairs together with the technical team.

  • Coordinate with vendors or maintenance crew for facility - related services.

  • Monitor supplies and equipment stock and inventory (e.g., cleaning supplies, tools) to ensure supply is always available.

Qualifications
  • A graduate of any four-year course preferably degrees related to office and/or business administration.

  • At least one-year work-related experience with a strong customer-service orientation.

  • PEZA experience is required.

  • Preferably, with valid BOSH certification.

  • Has strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Has client-facing responsibilities in previous and/or current work.

  • Has good organization, coordinating, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Willing to report to a changing work shift based on business needs, including night shift.

  • A resident of areas in Metro Manila preferably close to the site or within the vicinity of Taguig.
