Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is looking for a self-driven creator to build and grow faceless social media content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more. You own each piece from concept to post — hook, copy, design, edit — and you drive account growth with data-driven insights.

You will work in a pod with an AI-native engineer inside ParallelOS, crafting scripts, assets, and tools to automate repetitive tasks and boost output.

Qualifications

• Must have personally managed and grown faceless social media accounts with tangible results.
• Strong copywriting: hooks, captions, and short scripts.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma).
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• A creative jack of all trades who would rather own the whole process.
• Strong written and spoken English; collaboration with our New York team.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with AI video/image tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Midjourney, ComfyUI.

Responsibilities

• Write hooks, captions, scripts, and on-screen text that stop the scroll.
• Design carousels, slideshows, thumbnails, and static posts.
• Edit short-form video from stock, screen recordings, and AI-generated footage.
• Study what works, recreate winning formats fast, and share learnings with the studio.

You will create and grow faceless social media content: accounts built on ideas, writing, visuals, and edits rather than a face on camera. You own each piece from concept to post — the hook, the copy, the design, the edit — and you own the growth of the account.

You will be paired with an AI-native engineer in a pod. You work inside ParallelOS, our agent harness for media production. Your engineer builds agents, scripts, and custom tools around your exact workflow, so the repetitive parts of your craft are automated and you can make 10x more work at the same quality. You bring the eye; they bring the leverage. Together you own the output of your pod.
