Qualifications

• Experience in CSP, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Development.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.
• Familiarity with category management, NRM, shopper marketing, and channel strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support Fabric Enhancers Category Growth. Support the creation and execution of Fabric Enhancers category growth strategies across key channels. Translate category, shopper, and customer insights into actionable plans that drive penetration, premiumization, and repeat usage.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Development teams to deliver annual business objectives for the Fabric Enhancers portfolio.
• Monitor category, channel, and customer performance and identify growth opportunities, risks, and trade-up levers.
• Develop CSP initiatives for Fabric Enhancers across priority channels, with focus on penetration, premiumization, and stronger in-store conversion.
• Build channel-specific growth plans aligned with Fabric Enhancers category priorities and shopper missions.
• Develop customer propositions and deployment plans that strengthen category leadership, assortment, visibility, and trade-up execution.
• Ensure strong execution of prioritized innovation, renovation, premium packs, and activation programs.
• Develop channel-specific shopper activation plans that drive conversion and penetration.
• Partner with Shopper Marketing and Customer Development teams to ensure activation effectiveness.
• Measure performance of key activations and recommend optimization actions.
• Support development of channel toolkits and execution standards.
• Track KPIs including turnover, market share, distribution, volume, and promotion effectiveness.
• Conduct post-evaluation analyses and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
• Support monthly business reviews and performance reporting.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve channel productivity and category growth.
