Unilever Philippines seeks a Fabric Enhancers CSP Assistant Manager in Taguig to shape category growth strategies and translate insights into channel priorities and in-market execution.

You will bridge Marketing, Customer Development, Finance and Supply Chain to drive premiumization, penetration and activation across key channels, while leading cross-functional initiatives. This role emphasises analytics and disciplined delivery of objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in CSP, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Development.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Fabric Enhancers category growth strategies across key channels.
• Translate insights into actionable channel plans and improve penetration and premiumization.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Development to deliver annual business objectives.
• Develop CSP initiatives across priority channels with focus on in-store activation.
• Track KPIs, perform post-evaluation analyses and support monthly business reviews.
