Job summary

AvantePH is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives for our food and beverage brand in Tondo, Philippines. You will help plan and execute campaigns, manage social media, and coordinate promotions to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 1–3 years of marketing experience, with strong communication, creativity, and proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign tracking.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions for food and beverage products.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Coordinate with design, operations, and external partners for marketing materials and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and sales impact.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in the F&B industry.
• Help organize store promotions, product launches, and events.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.
• Support partnerships with influencers, food bloggers, and media outlets.
