Reyes Tacandong & Co. invites experienced External Senior Audit Associates to join our team. You will undergo comprehensive training, local audit cycle integration, and structured mentorship, with a path to join our offshore Australia team for international exposure.

You will conduct audits for Philippine clients and transition to Australian clients after training completion, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely outputs while using CaseWare and collaborating with offshore engagement teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a BS Accountancy graduate with strong audit foundation.
• Candidates with 2 years external audit experience preferred.
• Based in Metro Manila and able to work in Makati City.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Experience with CaseWare and Australian audits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for experienced External Senior Audit Associates to join our team. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training, local audit cycle integration and immersion, and structured mentorship with our industry’s trusted experts. Upon successful completion of training and local audit integration, you will have the opportunity to join our pioneer offshore team based in Australia, gaining valuable international experience while working within the professional framework of RT&Co.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct audit engagements including compilations, reviews, and specific audit procedures for Philippine clients and move to Australian clients upon successful completion of training.
• Ensure all financial assessments are accurate, compliant with industry standards, and delivered within the agreed timeline.
• Communicate directly with offshore engagement teams and clients to ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Use auditing methodologies and software (specifically CaseWare) to document findings and complete audit sections with minimal revisions.
• Maintain the high standards of integrity and excellence that RT&Co. is known for.

What We Are Looking For:

• Graduates of BS Accountancy.
• With 2 years of experience in external audit preferably from a local auditing firm.
• Candidates based in Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati City.
• Candidates who can start immediately.
