Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an External Auditor - Supervisor level to design and test performance of audit work programs for US companies under supervision. The Senior Associate handles planning, design, execution and presentation, leveraging cloud technologies.

Responsibilities include designing and executing audits, supervising staff, ensuring deliverables meet client methodology, and training Associates. Travel for training and night shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of external audit experience with 4+ busy season exposure.
• Big 4 accounting firm background strongly preferred.
• Exposure to US GAAP and PCAOB audits is an advantage.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute audit plans and consolidate findings and financial reporting.
• Review and supervise staff work to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure deliverables align with client methodology and preferences.
• Provide training and coaching to Associates/Staff with timely feedback.
• Demonstrate leadership and suggest process improvements for future teams.
