Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. seeks an External Audit Associate to assist in executing financial statement audits and other assurance engagements.

You will perform procedures, evaluate records, and prepare documentation in line with PSA and PFRS standards. You will gain exposure to diverse clients across industries and participate in structured training and mentorship, with opportunities to support offshore audits as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1 year external audit experience preferred.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA) and PFRS.
• Experience preparing audit working papers and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing and completing external audit engagements.
• Perform fieldwork, substantive testing, analytics, and walk-throughs.
• Examine records and disclosures for accuracy and completeness.
• Document procedures, findings, and conclusions per standards.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required information.
