What You'll Do
As the Expo Project Manager you will lead the planning, execution, and creative development of retail expos, trade shows, and brand activations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and delivering exceptional results that meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibility Areas
Event and Expo Management
- Plan and manage the full lifecycle of retail expos and events from concept to execution including timelines, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to ensure event strategies align with retail and business objectives.
- Oversee booth and space design, layout, and functionality, ensuring brand consistency and customer engagement.
- Coordinate staffing, shipping, installation/dismantling, and on-site execution.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and agencies.
Creative Project Management
- Manage the creation and approval of all creative assets for expos including signage, booth graphics, video content, presentations, and printed materials.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative teams or external designers/agencies to ensure visual and messaging alignment with brand guidelines.
- Maintain production schedules for creative deliverables, ensuring assets are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide creative input and feedback to elevate the design and storytelling of expo experiences.
- Ensure all creative assets are optimized for both digital and physical formats.
Post Event Reporting
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., foot traffic, leads, engagement, brand recall).
- Gather internal and attendee feedback to improve future events.
- Maintain an archive of event photos, creative assets, and learnings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project or event management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods setting.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and experiential marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines, multiple stakeholders, and large budgets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Willingness to travel and be on-site during events.
- Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Excel, Google Workspace).
