Job summary

SMC Repairs & Maintenance in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Welder with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication. Proficiency in SMAW, GMAW/MIG, and GTAW/TIG processes is preferred, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit for heavy-duty work, knowledgeable about PPE and safety procedures, and ready to be assigned to Sitio Lagalag, Brgy. Ilayang Palsabangon, Pagbilao, Quezon.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Knowledge of SMAW, GMAW/MIG, and GTAW/TIG welding processes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of welding tools and equipment.
• Familiar with occupational safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Physically fit for manual and heavy-duty work.
• NC II in SMAW or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Must have good work attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned at Sitio Lagalag, Brgy. Ilayang Palsabangon, Pagbilao, Quezon.
