Qwrk in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Client Services Officer / Financial Planning Assistant to support Financial Advisers with data gathering and administration for timely, regulation-compliant financial planning services.

You will set up client files, collect data, prepare reports, and maintain databases while building strong client relationships and handling routine research tasks as needed, in a day-shift role with HMO coverage.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience as a Client Service Officer or financial planning assistant.
• Bachelor's Degree holder required.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Work with assigned client as a professional representative of Qwrk.
• Set up client files and collect data for client records.
• Data input and maintenance of client database.
• Prepare client reports and complete forms with complete accuracy.
• Perform product and policy comparisons (superannuation, investments, insurance).

What does this role entail?

The overall objective of the CSO is to assist Financial Advisers in gathering the data required to provide financial planning services to their clients. This includes supporting Advisers with all of the administration assistance they need to provide financial advice in a timely, regulation-compliant manner.

What are the proficiencies expected of me?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Client Service Officer or as a financial planning assistant
• Bachelor\'s Degree holder
• Exceptional Written and Spoken English communication skills
• Intermediate to Proficient: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge

What are the things expected of me?

• Work with your assigned client as a professional representative of SMSF Paraplanners
• Set up client files
• Collect data accurately on behalf of our clients- this may include phoning, investigating online and completing various spreadsheets or forms
• Complete comparisons for products such as superannuation, investment and insurance policies
• Prepare forms, documents and templates with complete accuracy
• Prepare client reports
• Data input
• Maintain client database through required software
• Build solid relationships with each Client assigned to you, continually looking for ways to further assist and help our clients (this may be through new services, better tools, more efficient ways etc.)

How else can I contribute?

• From time to time, we may also ask you to assist with other tasks which may include:
• Assisting the management team with administrative tasks
• Assisting the Paraplanners with research as required
