Job summary

Qwrk is seeking a detail-focused Paraplanner to produce professional, high quality compliant advice documents with strategic and investment recommendations.

You will liaise with advisers to obtain information, prepare accurate financial modelling, and deliver documents within tight deadlines using designated financial planning software, MS Office tools and a strong command of English.

What does this role entail?

The overall objective of this role is to produce professional, high quality compliant advice documents with appropriate strategic & investment recommendations.

What are the proficiencies expected of me?

• 2 Years or more relevant experience in Paraplanning

• Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning (formerly known as RG-146 Certification) is a plus

• College graduate with experience in writing documents (legal, finance, banking, engineering, and other related fields)

• ABSOLUTE attention to details

• Excellent report writing skills; high level of English proficiency

• Intermediate to proficient skill level in: MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

What are the things expected of me?

• Produce professional, high quality, accurate and compliant advice documents with appropriate strategic & investment recommendations with the use of designated/required financial planning software

• Prepare compliant advice support documents

• Ability to understand and compare basic money management options

• Prepare accurate financial modelling and compare different financial planning modelling scenarios with the use of the designated/required software

• Liaise efficiently and clearly with clients (advisers) to obtain needed information and to notify them clearly regarding the progress status of the requested document

• Completion of allocated work within the specified time frames (meeting target submission and due dates)

• Provide technical support to clients

• Build solid relationships with each client assigned to you, continually looking for ways to further assist and help our clients (this may be through new services, better tools, etc.)

• Actively contribute to our positive and dynamic team culture
