Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an expediting professional to support material management for heavy industrial projects. You will assist in handling complex expediting and perform activities aligned with the Material Management Plan. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

The role requires an engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience in EPC or related sectors. A proactive, independent worker with attention to detail is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with at least 3 years expediting experience.
• Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or heavy industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and present information effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling complex material expediting within established Management Plans.
• Perform expediting activities for engineered equipment and materials per the Plan.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations per project objectives and guidelines.
• Data entry and monitoring of reports using Material Management Work Process.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the handling of complex material expediting within established Material Management Plans, policies, and procedures
• Perform expediting activities for engineered equipment and materials in accordance with the Material Management Plan
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Perform data entry into and monitor and run reports accordingly using the Material Management Work Process
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Engineering graduate, at least 3 years of work-related experience primarily in the area of Expediting.
• Preferably with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Mining, or other heavy industrial projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
