You will handle deliveries, plan efficient routes, perform daily vehicle inspections, keep the vehicle clean, monitor fuel and maintenance records, and report incidents promptly to management.

This role requires adherence to traffic laws, discretion, and strong communication; flexibility in hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid professional driver's license appropriate for vehicle operated.
• Proven experience as a company, family, executive, or delivery driver.
• Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
• Good driving record and demonstrated safe-driving practices.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit and capable of performing basic vehicle checks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and authorized passengers.
• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, supplies, and other company materials as instructed.
• Plan routes and use navigation apps to ensure timely arrival.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, organized, and in good operating condition.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle registration, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
• Bring the vehicle to authorized service centers for regular maintenance and repairs.
• Observe all traffic rules and regulations and practice defensive driving.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company activities and information encountered during work.
• Assist with errands and other transportation-related duties as assigned.
• Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or other incidents to management.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, tolls, parking fees, and vehicle expenses.
