The role requires a valid professional driver's license, clean driving record, and strong organizational skills. You will also support meeting setups and office maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma or short course certificate in any field.
• Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven driver with familiarity of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff, executives, clients, and visitors as required.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation for all assigned trips.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular checks to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly and schedule necessary repairs.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other items between offices and external locations.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings and events, including setting up rooms and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on office equipment and facilities.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
• Assist with setting up and rearranging office spaces, furniture, and equipment.
