Responsibilities

• Client & Team Transport: Safely drive the sales team and company executives to client sites, business meetings, and field engagements in a timely manner.
• Airport Transfers: Coordinate pick-up and drop-off transport for the team and visiting clients at airport terminals.
• Document & Package Delivery: Perform occasional errands including picking up, delivering, and securing official company documents and sensitive materials.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections, monitor regular service schedules (oil changes, tire pressure, fluid levels), and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.
• Logistical Coordination: Plan optimal driving routes using navigation apps to avoid delays, track fuel consumption, and keep accurate mileage/trip logs.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all local traffic laws, parking regulations, and company safety protocols at all times.
