Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Production Designer to craft polished, on-brand presentations for executives, boards, and conferences. You will ensure consistency with brand guidelines and deliver assets across formats, including ads and social materials.

You will work closely with senior leaders, manage confidential materials, and align with US-based teams while supporting production workflows to let senior designers focus on higher-complexity work.

Qualifications

• Strong production/design experience with a portfolio showing clean layout and typography.
• High proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and design tools (Figma, Adobe CC).
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, sales decks, or high-visibility materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine executive presentations for internal meetings, board materials, and conferences.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex info into clear, polished decks.
• Handle confidential materials with discretion and accuracy under tight timelines.
