Job description

We are looking for a mature, trustworthy, and highly organized individual to serve as an Executive & Personal Assistant to a prominent public official. This is a key support role that requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Male or Female

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree

  • With a pleasing personality and professional demeanor

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains confidentiality at all times

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Manage the official’s daily office activities and calendar

  • Serve as close-in aide during official trips, events, and fieldwork

  • Handle and filter correspondence (calls, emails, letters)

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take executive summaries, and follow up on action items

  • Arrange travel: book flights, accommodations, and prepare itineraries and expense reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Good interpersonal skills – able to coordinate with other government offices and high-level guests

  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
