Qualifications

• Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes applicable to assigned vehicle).
• At least 2 years of experience as a company or private driver.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with city and provincial routes.
• Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and report accurately.
• Strong sense of reliability, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficient in defensive driving techniques.
• Knowledgeable in BLOWBAGETS (Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brakes, Air, Gas, Engine, Tires, Self-check).
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Time management and route planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and secure transport services for employees, executives, and company guests.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of the assigned vehicle.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle condition, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate travel logs, vehicle monitoring sheets, and related reports.
• Strictly comply with traffic rules, road safety standards, and company driving policies.
• Assist in errands, deliveries, and mall operations support as required.
• Coordinate with Administrative and Accounting teams regarding fuel, maintenance, and reporting.
• Provide courteous assistance to passengers, ensuring comfort, professionalism, and confidentiality.
