MedGrocer is seeking a Finance Director (CPA) to partner with the founders and lead the company’s financial roadmap from Makati City. You will shape capital allocation, investment analysis, and fundraising support to fuel healthcare expansion.

The role focuses on predictive modeling, internal controls, and scalable financial systems to support hyper-growth. You will negotiate with financial institutions and ensure tax compliance at national and local levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• 6–12 years of experience in finance with strategic leadership.
• Onsite work in Makati City.

Responsabilités

• Steer multi-year financial strategy including capital allocation, investment analysis, and fundraising support.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights for enterprise decisions and profitability.
• Design and implement internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper-growth.
• Lead negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to optimize capital structure.
• Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels.
