Job summary

VRI Crew in Taguig (hybrid) is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Events) to lead event planning, execution, and post-event analysis. You will build and manage lead lists, tailor guest invitations, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes data-driven lead generation, executive-level outreach, and cross-department collaboration to elevate future events and client impact.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing events from conception to completion.
• Ability to research and assemble lead lists from multiple sources.
• Strong client and supplier coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for events.
• Proven networking abilities with senior-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all logistical and guesting aspects of assigned events to meet timelines and project success.
• Create leads lists and gather data (names, emails, phones, job titles) from target accounts using various sources.
• Curate and personalize email invitations for guests based on project briefs.
• Make calls, including cold calls, to invite potential guests using professional language.
• Source, build, and nurture relationships with moderators, speakers, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve events and guest/client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks related to projects.
• Develop networking strategies to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decision-makers.
• Provide post-event feedback and analysis to clients and internal teams.
