Job summary

Polycab India Limited in the Philippines seeks a QA professional to assure the quality of LT Power & Control Cables and Export Cables. The role involves developing documentation for Export Cables and performing monthly quality and process audits across IMS, 5S, and related areas.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in quality assurance, understands calibration verification, and possesses knowledge of internal audits and CSR requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in quality assurance.
• Experience with audits and quality records.
• Knowledge of 5S and IMS processes.

Responsibilities

• To assure the overall quality of the products lying under the category of LT Power & Control Cables and Export Cables.
• To develop and sustain the documentation work of Export Cables.
• To conduct multiple audits on monthly basis (5S, Product and process audit, Dock audit , IMS…etc)
• Verification skill of calibration certificate
• Product & process audit knowledge
• Experience of internal audits
• Quality Core tools knowledge
• Knowledge of product/CSR (Customer Specific Requirements)
