Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Proven professional driving experience, preferably executive transport.
• Discretion and confidentiality with client information.
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and GPS navigation.
• Defensive driving certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and professionally in compliance with traffic laws.

• Plan efficient routes considering traffic and client preferences.

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to join our us on a full-time basis in Metro Manila. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, punctual and comfortable transportation of designated individuals, whether for business meetings, personal errands or special occasions. As a Personal Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and vehicle maintenance whilst providing exceptional service to our clients. This position offers an opportunity to become an integral part of our transport and logistics operations, contributing directly to the efficiency and satisfaction of our clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Operating vehicles safely and professionally in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
• Transporting the employer to business meetings, appointments and social engagements on schedule
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing routine maintenance checks including fuel, oil, tyres and lights
• Planning efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals whilst considering traffic conditions and client preferences
• Maintaining a logbook of journeys, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance activities
• Providing courteous and discreet service, maintaining confidentiality regarding client information and business matters
• Responding promptly to client requests and adapting to changes in schedules with professionalism
• Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times
• Communicating effectively with management regarding vehicle issues, delays or other concerns
• Conducting pre and post-journey vehicle inspections to identify any damage or mechanical issues

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and appropriate classification for the vehicle type
• Professional driving experience, preferably in personal or executive driver roles
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila's road networks and ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and traditional route planning

• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employer information
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to time management
• Physical fitness and ability to remain alert for extended periods whilst driving
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and checks
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging traffic situations

• Preference for candidates with defensive driving certification or training
• Experience with corporate or executive transport services is advantageous
• Willing to work in Navotas City
