Responsibilities

• Follow assigned routes, schedules, traffic rules, and company driving policies
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle
• Monitor fuel, mileage, vehicle condition, and other necessary trip records
• Arrive at designated pick-up locations on time and remain available during scheduled appointments when required
• Coordinate with the executive's secretary, HR, admin personnel, or other assigned staff regarding schedules and pick-up arrangements
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding items scheduled for delivery, pickup, or transfer
