Job summary

UNITED ASIA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP INC in Pasig is seeking an Executive Driver to safely transport the executive to meetings and appointments, plan routes, and ensure punctuality. The role requires a valid professional driver’s license, 5+ years of experience, and a deep knowledge of local roads.

This full-time, on-site position runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with confidentiality and safety as top priorities.

Qualifications

At least a High School Graduate.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a company driver, executive driver, or personal driver.
Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling executives and sensitive information.
Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile applications such as Google Maps and Waze.

Responsibilities

Safely transport the executive passenger to meetings, appointments, and other destinations in a timely manner.
Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctuality.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Assist with loading, unloading, and handling documents or personal items when required.
Ensure strict confidentiality regarding executive's schedules, conversations, and company information.
Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Provide professional, courteous, and reliable service at all times.
Perform other transportation and administrative support duties as assigned.
Protect the safety and well-being of the executive passenger at all times by practicing defensive driving and maintaining awareness of road and security conditions.
