Job summary

Straive is seeking an Executive Leader for Operations to oversee our financial operations framework with emphasis on Credit Risk Management, overlimit/delinquency control, and commercial & consumer collections. The role requires strategic leadership across multi-tier teams, ensuring SLAs and operational excellence.

You will align with global clients, manage budgets, and drive process improvements with strong focus on risk policies and cost-to-collect efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Banking, BPO, and Shared Services.
• Experience managing B2B collections and credit/collections portfolios.
• Direct experience managing large operational units with delinquency control.
• Expertise in credit risk mitigation, debt recovery, regulatory compliance, and budget management.
• Strong executive presence and ability to drive client satisfaction and negotiate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end daily operations across multi-tier teams ensuring SLAs and metrics.
• Formulate strategies for credit risk mitigation, delinquency flow, and overlimit handling.
• Coordinate with global clients and lead operational reviews.
• Manage budgets, cost-benefit analyses, and cost-cutting initiatives.
• Drive process improvement and regulatory compliance with risk policies.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and attrition control.
• Mentor Front Line Managers and Operations Managers to build high performance culture.
