Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Executive Designer to deliver high-quality creative and digital design support across regional marketing initiatives, ensuring assets for email, web, social and mobile meet brand standards.

You will work with regional marketing, CRM and external partners to translate campaign goals into engaging visuals, manage production workflows, and optimise creative templates for consistent customer experiences across markets.

Qualifications

Creative and digital design capability across email, web, social media and mobile platforms.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation and email design best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and web-based design environments.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and digital design implementation.
Ability to translate campaign briefs and marketing objectives into effective visual communications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple assets and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality creative assets for regional campaigns across digital channels including email, web, landing pages, social media and mobile platforms.
Adapt and localise campaign creative to support multiple markets and partner requirements while maintaining brand identity.
Partner with regional marketing teams to translate briefs and objectives into effective creative executions.
Manage and maintain creative assets within marketing automation platforms and templating systems.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand standards and design quality across campaigns.
