Job description

Our client is a 5* International Chain Hotel in South Philippines.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

1. 5* international chain experience
2. Asia experience
3. City hotel experience
4. Experience in hotels with sizeable Banqueting operations
5. Strong current #2 ready for the next step up will also be considered
6. Able to handle the pressure of a large scale operation and maintain friendly and professional relationship with all staff and management
7. Supervision of kitchen brigade with a strong focus on training
8. Excellent people skills and strong motivator
9. Strong in food cost and stock control
10. Well experienced with ISO, HACCP Standard, Food Hygiene and Food Safety
11. Computer literate
12. Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented
13. Strong communication skills
14. Good analytical and problem solving skills
15. Energetic, hands-on, motivated
16. Highly developed organizational and time management skills
17. Good financial and administration skills
18. Innovative and very creative: manage, develop, implement new recipes and create ideas to stimulate the business
19. Must be sensitive to the local culture, calm and composed in handling local staff
