About the Role
Act as a strategic partner, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. Manage and prioritize tasks to free up the founder’s time for high-level strategy. Challenge ideas and offer thoughtful input to improve decision-making and business processes. Take initiative in marketing efforts, including outbound communication and hiring setters, to drive business growth. Oversee various projects across our ventures, including The FBA Alliance, SellerShield, and our new agency, Ascendric.
What you’ll do:
Highly organized with exceptional communication skills.
Experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role is a strong plus.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve and grow the business.
Comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and working independently.
Based in the Philippines, with the ability to work flexible hours
Work Schedule:
This role follows a flexible work schedule, primarily from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK Time (4:00pm-1:00am Philippine Time). The position may occasionally require early morning or late-night calls.
What You Bring:
3 years of experience in a relevant role: Executive or Virtual Assistant, Marketing or Business Development and Operations or Project Management
Experience supporting founders, C-level executives, or startup leadership (preferred)
Exposure to e-commerce (esp. Amazon FBA), SaaS, or marketing agency environment (a plus)
Strategic & Operational:
Excellent task management and prioritization
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Able to contribute ideas and challenge decisions constructively
Experienced in handling end-to-end projects or campaigns
Marketing:
Comfortable with outbound communications (email, DM outreach)
Experience in hiring, coordinating, or managing sales setters (a plus)
Familiar with lead generation and marketing workflows (a plus)
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Professional and proactive communicator
Can work independently while keeping stakeholders updated
Tools & Technology
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Familiar with Slack, Zoom, or similar communication tools
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Trello)
Familiar with CRM, outreach tools, or marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) (a plus)
