A leading company is seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant who is comfortable with both administrative work and creative support, including basic social media management and video editing tasks. You will work directly with the CEO, managing calendars, client communications, and supporting various executive functions.
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant who is also comfortable with basic social media management and video editing tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a combination of administrative work and creative support.
You will be working directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, organized professionals, and resourceful multitaskers with a basic background in digital content.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle client emails, calls, and chats with professionalism
Support the preparation of presentations, sales decks, and reports
Organize executive and team meetings, take meeting minutes, and track follow-ups
Schedule and post content on social media (FB, LinkedIn, IG, etc.)
Assist in editing simple video content (short reels, promo videos, etc.)
Handle admin tasks and some light personal assistant duties
Maintain confidentiality and manage tasks with minimal supervision
1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar admin role
1–2 years of experience in social media management and basic video editing
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut (or similar tools)
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
