About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant who is also comfortable with basic social media management and video editing tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a combination of administrative work and creative support.

You will be working directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, organized professionals, and resourceful multitaskers with a basic background in digital content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Handle client emails, calls, and chats with professionalism

  • Support the preparation of presentations, sales decks, and reports

  • Organize executive and team meetings, take meeting minutes, and track follow-ups

  • Schedule and post content on social media (FB, LinkedIn, IG, etc.)

  • Assist in editing simple video content (short reels, promo videos, etc.)

  • Handle admin tasks and some light personal assistant duties

  • Maintain confidentiality and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar admin role

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management and basic video editing

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills

  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut (or similar tools)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy

  • Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
